Accessibility Statement

Oruqo wants everyone to be able to care for their pets with our app and website, including people who use screen readers, captions, keyboard navigation, zoom or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That includes readable color contrast, text descriptions (alt text) for meaningful images, text labels for buttons and form fields, keyboard access, captions for videos with speech, and layouts that work on phones and larger screens and with text resized.

Known limits

Oruqo is still growing and we test regularly, but some pages, videos, documents or partner sites may not yet fully meet these standards. Partner websites are run by independent companies.

Feedback and help

If anything is hard to use, email support@oruqo.com with the page and the problem. We aim to reply within 2 business days, will work with you to fix it, and can provide the information in another format, such as a text transcript of a video.
