Pet care guide
Prepare for a vet visit
A little organization can make an appointment calmer and help you remember the questions that matter.
Before the appointment
Write down the reason for the visit, when you first noticed a change, current medications and supplements, recent food changes, and any questions. Bring relevant records if the clinic does not already have them.
Useful observations
Note changes in appetite, water intake, sleep, energy, bathroom habits, mobility, or behavior. Photos or short videos may help explain something that is difficult to reproduce in the clinic.
After the appointment
Record instructions, follow-up dates, medication details, and warning signs the veterinarian asked you to watch for. This guide is organizational information and is not veterinary advice.
