Subscription Terms
Last updated October 19, 2026.
The oruqo.com website is free. New subscriptions and payments are not offered on the website. These terms apply to memberships sold inside the Oruqo iPhone app, which are Apple in-app subscriptions billed through Apple’s App Store.
Oruqo app membership is an automatically renewing subscription. It starts with a 7-day free trial and then renews automatically every month or every year at the price below until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
| Pets | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|
| 1–5 | $19.99 | $199 |
| 6–10 | $24.99 | $249 |
| 11–15 | $29.99 | $299 |
Prices are in U.S. dollars, plus any applicable sales tax. Prices in other countries may vary, and the price shown in the app is the price you pay.
The plan
One Oruqo membership covers up to 15 pets on one account and includes all member features. Your price tier depends on how many pets you have (1–5, 6–10 or 11–15). Before you add a pet that moves you to a higher tier, we show you the new price and ask you to confirm. Apple applies an upgrade right away and credits the unused part of your current plan; a move to a lower tier starts at your next renewal.
Free trial
New members get one 7-day free trial per person. A payment method on your Apple ID is required to start the trial, and the price that will be charged when the trial ends is shown before you start. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends (this is Apple’s rule). If you do not cancel, your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and you are charged the monthly or yearly price you selected.
Your consent and confirmation
Before you start, we show the price, how often you will be charged, that the subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel, with links to these terms. You agree by tapping “Start my 7-day free trial” (or “Subscribe”) and then confirming the purchase with Apple (for example with Face ID or your Apple ID password). Nothing is charged unless you confirm. We keep a record of your subscription and that consent for at least 3 years (or 1 year after your subscription ends, if longer). After you sign up, Apple emails you a receipt. You can read these terms at any time at oruqo.com/subscriptions, and see your plan, renewal date and how to cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically for the same period (one month or one year) at your plan’s price, charged by Apple to the payment method on your Apple ID, until you cancel.
- Receipts: Apple emails you a receipt each time you are charged.
- Check anytime: your plan, price, next renewal date and how to cancel are always shown in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Price changes: we and Apple will tell you at least 30 days before any price change, with how to cancel. If Apple’s rules require it, you will be asked to agree to a higher price before it applies. The new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period.
How to cancel
- In the Oruqo iPhone app: memberships are billed through Apple, so cancel in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. No call or chat needed.
- Need help? Email support@oruqo.com and we will walk you through it. Because Apple manages the subscription, only you can cancel it in your Apple ID settings; we cannot cancel it for you.
- Apple handles billing: charges, renewals and refunds for memberships bought in the iPhone app are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; we are happy to help at support@oruqo.com.
After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and you will not be charged again. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel it in your Apple ID settings too.
Billing cycle and failed payments
Your billing date is the day your paid subscription begins (the end of your free trial), and Apple bills you on that date each month or year. If a payment fails, Apple may retry it, and paid features may pause until the payment succeeds.
Early website memberships
A small number of early memberships were started on the oruqo.com website and billed through Stripe before web sign-up was paused. They are billed by Stripe, not Apple. To cancel one, or for any question about a charge or a refund, email support@oruqo.com and we will cancel it for you. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a Stripe subscription, so please email us to cancel first.
